Our healing is interconnected.

I am passionate about providing adult therapy rooted in the awareness and integration of mind, body and spirit. Pain and trauma is often passed down from a spiritual (unseen, unconscious) level that eventually manifests in the physical (through ailments, diseases, exhaustion). It is our body’s wisdom slowing us down to address the pain and find the tools to release our suffering. I hope to support your journey towards wholeness ~ you were born free!
