My approach to healing is holistic, relational, and process oriented

In order to deeply understand your unique story, I draw from depth psychology, esoteric wisdom and personal lived experiences. I also believe that your body is your most cherished asset to rewrite the narrative of your life, and often encourage a playful exploration of somatic experiencing or bringing awareness to the sensations within your body to address your pain, and connect your emotional trauma with felt experiences. I love sharing space with others through their darkness and despair as folks often report feeling very safe, honored, and free when we are connected.

Let’s travel down the rabbit hole together!

My values

Energy

I value pure energy that is given and received with kindness. Energy is a sacred value because it cuts through all identities, beliefs, roles and appearances. Energy reveals the true state of our being in the present moment. I believe healing comes with greater awareness of our own energy.

Heart Centered Living

Society increasingly values the mind and intellect, at the expense of our sensations. I believe that balancing our logic with our physical body helps to cultivate centered living. This centering resides in our heart which creates a harmonious balance of love, vision, wisdom, and compassion.

Curiosity

I have honored curiosity since I was a little girl. Staying curious means being open to what life has to offer at each and every moment. When I value my curiosity, being a therapist becomes an adventure. Doors open to endless possibilities and allows me to cultivate joy even on a cloudy day.

When I'm not in session

Outside of work, my ideal day would look like waking up to make a hearty breakfast, then spending some time playing piano and writing poetry, followed by a hike somewhere in the Berkeley and Oakland hills or Marin headlands. In the afternoon you’ll find me reading at a botanical garden or taking a nap in the sun at a park. I like to wind down with a home cooked meal, enjoy a sunset stroll around my neighborhood and finish off the day with my daily yoga and meditation practice.

Journey back to yourself

My hope is that you are able to find something here that will spark your joy, curiosity, and inner awareness. Let's dive in!
