My free initial 15-20 min phone or video consultation allows you to share what brings you to therapy and what kind of support you are seeking. This is a great time for you to ask questions about my practice to help you determine whether I am a good fit for you.
You will complete intake paperwork before we meet for our first session. The first few are exploratory as we get to know each other and develop a consistent, safe therapeutic relationship.
After about 3 sessions, we will discuss your intentions and/or goals. I honor the time and vulnerability it takes to build a trusted therapeutic relationship and value meeting on a consistent weekly basis to nurture this time together.
